DIY - Hangers for 18" Dolls

DIY - Hangers for 18" Dolls
Here's a way to make your own American Girl or other 18" doll hangers. I purchased these toddler hangers in a pack of four from a dollar store. I sniped off the excess plastic with a pair of wire cutters and viola! They are the perfect size and cost only 25 cents each.

Crissy - Beautiful Crissy Doll (1968)

Beautiful Crissy Doll - 1968
I actually owned two of these "Beautiful Crissy" dolls in the 70's and when I saw that there were a ton of them on eBay, I bought one. It is all nostalgia for me. It's amazing what great shape she is in considering she is over 40 years old. She is wearing her original orange dress and shoes.

Madame Alexander - Girlz

Madame Alexander - Girl
When I saw this doll, I had to have her. This is one of my favorite molds for the Madame Alexander 18" play line. She is part of the "Girlz" dolls. She has a medium dark skin tone and black hair with ponytails. I own several MA dolls with this cute face. I named this doll Sara.

Tonner - Cami Baisc Blonde (2010)

Tonner - Cami Basic Blonde (2010)
The Cami sculpt is one of the prettiest of the Tonner dolls. This 2010 Cami was one of the first in the line with beautiful long crimped hair.  She came in blonde, brunette, redhead, platinum & chestnut. I would love to have a redhead and a brunette! I'll keep watching eBay.
